The Crafters Conservatory is my home of crafts, baking, sewing, cooking and everything else I attempt on a daily basis, in my sunny conservatory in Swindon.
I tend to find most of mine on Etsy or Pinterest. Just searching for 'Cross Stitch' and then anything specific you want to find! CrossStitcher magazine is another really good source, much more modern and youth orientated than most other cross stitch magazines. For basic shapes, lettering etc old cross stitch books on Ebay can usually be found for 99p! I've picked up a few this way and they're great to refer back to for basics that you can tweak to what you want.
ah that's lovely, someone else recommended Cross Stitcher magazine so I'm going to pop out and buy a copy after work today! Do you have any other recomendations for cheap places for supplies and beginners tips etc? Thanks for replying. xo
